Step 1: Contact

Initial contact begins the journey. By getting to know each other, you will be able to make choices with confidence. Call for an appointment or come visit us in our showroom.

Step 2: Show and Tell

What do you like? More importantly, what don’t you like? What’s on your wish list? What budget are you working with? What are your personal preferences? With so much product, information and misinformation available today, sorting through it can be overwhelming. Sudbury Hearth & Home will work with you to narrow these choices into functional elements, so that you are able to make educated decisions that work best for your home or business interior design.

Step 5: The Blank Cheque?

Not so. Because of the work we’ve done so far, we are able to provide you with a detailed written quote that is based on the proposed plan and material choices we’ve made together. Everything is clearly laid out for you to make an informed decision.

Step 6: The Ongoing Process

At this stage you’ve made many selections. More may even be required. You’ve extended your trust and confidence to Sudbury Hearth & Home, and we take that very seriously. 

It is paramount for you to know that no question is too big or too small. The overall success of your project is largely tied to the level of communication we are able to achieve and maintain throughout the process.
